This Wallingford family was lucky to have an ensuite bathroom off their upstairs primary suite, but using it each day was less than joyous. No one knew the story behind the trip-hazard tilework under the vintage clawfoot tub, but it had stubbed enough toes to ensure we included it on the "must-go" list.
Our Home Services team redesigned the entire space and focused on key updates without extended permit wait times. The homeowners had us create a brand new, roomy shower, update the flooring and vanity, and still feature the beautiful vintage clawfoot tub, but relocate it to an area where it could function best. This bathroom went from awkward to awe-inspiring and breathed new life into their primary suite.
