Meet Mel, an Architectural Designer at CRD Design Build. With a lifelong passion for design, Mel Evans brings over six years of architectural experience to the CRD team. From public schools to historic preservation, Mel’s work spans a variety of settings, with a particular love for remodels and retrofits that give new life to existing spaces. She finds joy in designing spaces that transform daily life, believing that a well-thought-out space can have a profound impact on how people live.
Her advice for homeowners starting a remodel? “Focus on how you want to use your space. If you’re clear about its function, we can bring it to life with a design that’s uniquely yours.”
When she’s not designing, Mel might surprise you with her black belt in Tae Kwon Do, or you might find her boxing, cooking, or exploring the outdoors.
