Getting the green light to replace an aging garage in the city of Seattle isn't always easy, but CRD navigated the long permitting process with ease. The new design features ventilation, service for electric car charging, and bonus rooftop access. The unadorned concrete exterior is durable and blends in perfectly with the neighborhood.
